Flint, Mich. - The Flint Firebirds announced today that they have acquired forward Nolan Dann from the Niagara IceDogs in exchange for six draft picks.

"We are very happy to obtain Nolan Dann," Head Coach and General Manager Ted Dent said. "We saw a lot of Nolan while he was in Sarnia last season and like what he can add to our team. He scored 29 goals last season and we hope to get him back to that level with the group we have here in Flint. We welcome Nolan and his family to the Firebirds organization."

Dann was acquired by the IceDogs from the Sarnia Sting this summer after producing 29 G and 28 A in 64 GP for the Sting during the 2021-22 season. This season he has 16 Pts (6 G, 10 A) which currently ranked fourth on the IceDogs.

The Cambridge, Ont. native stands at 5-foot-9, 182 pounds and was selected in the 4th round of the 2019 OHL Priority Selection by Sarnia.
