Fire Front Office Update

Louisville, KY - The Louisville Fire Arena Football team announced various promotions and assignments for current front office personnel this week. The moves were made immediately after the Fire's third consecutive win this season as they continue their quest to the 2007 Arena Cup to be held in Bossier City, Louisiana. The re-organization will streamline operations and instill better efficiency practices in day-to-day operations.

Janice Watts - Interim General Manager

Marty Lowe - Director of Football Operations

Matt Heitzmann - Director of Media and Public Relations

Adam Luken - Ticket Manager / Event Coordinator

Chris Brawner - Game Operations

Stacey Groneck - Marketing Director

"Winning off of the field is just as important as winning on the field," said Marty Lowe who recently accepted the position of director of football operations with the Fire. Mr. Lowe is not new to arena football and has worked in the AFL for the past five years. During his first two years in the league Marty was the assistant head coach for the Nashville Kats before his three-year stint as head coach with the Georgia Force.

Interim general manager Janice Watts, in reference to the staff, was quoted saying "our front office staff is second to none in creating marketing campaigns and having the drive and determination to implement them." The front office team collectively has many years of marketing and sales experience with the Walt Disney Company, collegiate and professional operations experience and professional football office experience.
