Final Home Game Time Changed

Bangor, ME- The Bangor Lumberjacks, a proud member of the Northeast League, announced today that the start time for the club's final regular season home game has been changed.
The Jacks were originally scheduled to take on the North Shore Sprit to close out the 2003 regular season on Monday, September 1at 2 PM, however concerns over another event on the campus of the University if Maine have forced the Lumberjacks to move the start time of the game back to 5 PM. Gates will open at 4.
The Lumberjacks are back at Mahaney Diamond on Monday, August 18 to begin a three game series with division rival Quebec. First pitch Monday is at 7:15; gates open at 6. Fans will have the opportunity to qualify for a final drawing to win tickets to see Jimmy Buffett at the Tweeter Center in Mansfield, MA at the end of August, courtesy of Pine State Trading Company. The final drawing will be hold Tuesday night at Buffett at the Ballpark night. Tickets may be purchased by calling the Lumberjacks at (207) 947-1900 or by stopping in the Lumberjacks Pro Shop in the Bangor Mall.
