FC Tulsa News Release
TULSA - A grueling stretch consisting of three matches within seven days commences for FC Tulsa this upcoming Saturday with its Home Opener vs. Loudoun United FC. The good news is that all three matches will be played within the friendly confines of ONEOK Field and will feature three separate promotional nights to give fans a unique matchday experience in addition to enjoying 90 minutes of soccer.
After two matches on the road to kick off the new season, professional soccer finally returns to Tulsa for the first time on March 25 since last October. To celebrate, the first 3,000 fans in attendance at FC Tulsa's Home Opener will receive a 2023 schedule magnet. In addition, the season's first postmatch fireworks show will immediately follow the final whistle for all fans to enjoy at no additional charge.
Just three days later, FC Tulsa will host Pups at the Pitch Night on Tuesday, March 28 when Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC comes to town. All fans are welcome to bring their furry friends to the match with the purchase of a dog ticket, and every dog through the gates will receive a limited-edition FC Tulsa bandana to showcase its favorite club. Dogs are welcome to watch the match from the Lawn sections or from the main concourse, and owners must present dog vaccinations records at the gate.
FC Tulsa will then host College Night on Friday, March 31 vs. El Paso Locomotive FC. Fans are encouraged to wear their college colors to the match and will have the option of purchasing a ticket package that includes an FC Tulsa hat in the color of their choice - the Crimson of Oklahoma, America's Brightest Orange of Oklahoma State, the royal blue of Tulsa, or the navy blue of Oral Roberts. These packages will be available shortly.
College Night will also mark the first $1 Beer Night of the season where fans can purchase a Midfield Terrace ticket, granting access to $1 brews all night long. $1 Beer Nights have also expanded this season into the nearby Lawn space due to regular sellouts in 2022.
