Fargo Force News Release

The Fargo Force has several black game worn authentic jerseys left over from the 2012-13 season and now through August 18 is your chance to bid on #2 Butrus Ghafari's jersey!

The defenseman from West Bloomfield, MI was the first tender for the Fargo Force prior to the start of the 2012-13 season. When a team elects to sign a tender, they give up their first pick in the proceeding draft. In his rookie year, he played in 48 games scoring 7 points with 1 goal and 6 assists. He had a plus/minus rating of +14, good for 7th on the team. Ghafari is committed to play his collegiate hockey at Western Michigan University and is set to return to Fargo for the 2013-14 season.

Here's how it will work:

There will be one silent online auction per week until all jerseys are gone. The auction will begin each Monday morning at 9 AM and will conclude at midnight the following Sunday. If you are interested in bidding, you must send in your HIGHEST bid that you are willing to pay to prevent driving prices up. You will not be contacted if you have been outbid as we are looking for you to send in your highest bid. The highest winning bidder will be contacted the day after the auction closes and the non-winning bids will also be contacted then through e-mail.
