FanFest Postponed from Saturday to Wednesday, June 13th

SPOKANE, Wash. - Due to expected rainfall and cold temperatures on Saturday, Community FanFest courtesy of Avista, 93.7 The Mountain, 1510 KGA NW Sports Talk, KEY 101, and 94.1 The Bear is being moved from Saturday, June 9th to Wednesday, June 13th. The event will start at 5:30 PM at Avista Stadium.
Fans don't have to wait until Wednesday though to meet the 2018 Spokane Indians. Monday, June 11th from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM is the Player Welcome Party at the MAX at Mirabeau Park Hotel. Fans can come enjoy special prices on food, grab autographs from Indians players, and get pumped for another exciting year of Spokane Indians baseball.
Wednesday's FanFest will include a LEO's Photography Autogaph Session, followed by a Home Run Derby courtesy of Avista. There will be even more going on throughout the ballpark, as fans can enjoy inflatables, wiffle ball, and yard games, making this the perfect event for the entire family. Regular concessions will be open for purchase, and at the end of the event all kids are welcome onto the field to Circle the Bases courtesy of Dairy Queen.
The Spokane Indians open the season against the Boise Hawks on Friday, June 15th, at Avista Stadium for Opening Night Fireworks & AAA Magnet Schedule Giveaway presented by ABC Office Equipment, KREM 2-TV, 93.7 The Mountain, 1510 KGA NW Sports Talk, and The Journal of Business. About the Spokane Indians The Spokane Indians are the Short Season Class "A" affiliate for the Texas Rangers. Avista Stadium is home to the $5 Bench Seat courtesy of Multicare. Ticket packages for the 2018 season are now available for purchase. fParking at all Spokane Indians games is FREE. The Spokane Indians Team Store is open M-F 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and 10:00 AM on all game days.
