
Falcons to face Hampden County Sheriffs in charity softball June 16

Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons continue their "BOLTS ARE IN" Summer Tour with a charity softball game on Wednesday, June 16th at Szot Park #2 in Chicopee. The Falcons will take on the Hampden County Sheriff's in the game that will begin at 6:15 p.m. Former Falcons players Jean-Marc Pelletier and Nick Lent are scheduled to play.
Everyone attending the event will receive a free raffle ticket for a chance to win a trip to Tampa to see the Falcons new NHL affiliate, the Stanley Cup champion Tampa Bay Lightning, next season. Donations will be accepted to benefit Springfield Falcons Charities which has provided over $375,000 in grants to various children related charities since its inception.
Szot Park is located near Chicopee High School on Front Street. Exit #2 on I-391 is the nearest highway exit.
