
Falco Signed, Doherty To Injured Reserve

HUNTSVILLE, AL - Huntsville Havoc head coach, Eric Soltys, announced today that the team has signed defenseman Paul Falco who they picked up in a trade with Twin City. Forward Pat Doherty was placed in 30-day injured reserve with a high ankle sprain.
Falco (6-0, 190) had played in 32 games for the Cyclones and scored four goals and recorded 11 assists. He also played in 49 games last season for the Cyclones and scored eight goals and recorded 17 assists.
He has played in 178 games in his career and scored 27 goals and recorded 54 assists. He spent time in the ECHL and the UHL before joining Twin City last season.
The Wolfeboro, New Hampshire native played the 2001-02 season at the University of Maine where he was a teammate of Havoc forward, John Ronan. He played in 27 games that season and scored four goals and recorded seven assists. He played the 2003-04 season at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell and scored one goal in nine games.
Doherty had played in all 33 games for the Havoc and scored two goals and recorded seven assists.
The Havoc will host the Columbus Cottonmouths tonight and tomorrow night at 7:30 on CenturyTel Ice at the Von Braun Center.
