Moncton led 22-18 at the end of the first quarter but Windsor turned things around quickly and took a slim two-point, 26-24 lead early into the second period. The Miracles were up 47-38 at the half and increased that to 74-55 after three.
That is when the Express came to life and rallied to within three following three-pointers by Helms and Surmacz.
