Express Announce Vaisakhi Celebration Game

The President and CEO of the Windsor Express, Dartis Willis, has announced a Vaisakhi Celebration game scheduled for 13 April. Vaisakhi Celebration Game in partnership with Desi Noize will feature fun-filled activities, music, dance, local community partners, and entertainment.
Desi Noize is Windsor's premier South Asian entertainment brand. It has championed the culture through its nightlife events, movie screenings, concerts, and community collaborations. Desi Noize is a staple for locals seeking social experiences as well as a platform for musicians, artists, and creatives to showcase their talents and contribute to the diversity of the region. By partnering with Desi Noize, the Windsor Express will bring a twist of culture and entertainment to its game day festivities.
"Windsor Essex is a diverse community and it is important that we embrace the different cultures, including our South-Asian friends and family," said Willis. "Once fans enter the arena, they will experience the sights and sounds of the South-Asian culture."
The Windsor Express will host the Sudbury Five tipping off at 7pm. Tickets are available online or in person at the WFCU Centre Box Office.
This season marks the 10th year the Express has been playing in the National Basketball League of Canada. This achievement wouldn't be possible without the continued support of the residents and businesses of Windsor and Essex County.
