The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced Thursday, plenty of exciting new details surrounding the upcoming Canadian Football League season.

HOME OPENER FEATURING POST GAME DRONE SHOW PRESENTED BY FIRSTONTARIO (JUNE 23 VS. MONTREAL)
The sky will be abuzz high above Tim Hortons Field after the conclusion of the game. Fans will be treated to a breath-taking drone show following families on the field when 100 drones light up the Hamilton sky with a Tiger-Cats themed display, giving fans a world class experience, unique to Tim Hortons Field.
WALL OF HONOUR PRESENTED BY THOMAS SOLUTIONS (AUGUST 17 VS. EDMONTON)
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Alumni Association will honour a Tiger-Cats legend on August 17 when Darren Flutie's name and #82 are added to the upper-west facade of Tim Hortons Field during a halftime ceremony. Flutie will join the 25 other legendary Tiger-Cats, who have received the highest honour that the club and alumni association can bestow.
LABOUR DAY CLASSIC PRESENTED BY WEATHERTECH FEATURING DWAYNE GRETZKY (SEPTEMBER 4 VS. TORONTO)
For the first time ever, the Stelco North End will be rocking during pre-game and halftime of the Labour Day Classic presented by WeatherTech at Tim Hortons Field when renowned cover band Dwayne Gretzky brings life to the greatest songs of all time. Fans can expect many of the same Labour Day traditions that they've become accustomed to, including pre-game giveaways, an electric atmosphere and of course a classic football game in front of a sold-out crowd.
CANADIAN FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME GAME PRESENTED BY CARSTAR (SEPTEMBER 16 VS. WINNIPEG)
The annual tradition continues September 15 when the 2023 Canadian Football Hall of Fame class is enshrined in a ceremony at Tim Hortons Field. The class, including Josh Bourke, John Bowman, Larry Crawford, Jacques Dussault, Solomon Elimimian, Lloyd Fairbanks and Larry Smith will be honoured during a halftime ceremony the next night when the Tiger-Cats host the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
ALUMNUS OF DISTINCTION PRESENTED BY FINDLAY PERSONAL INJURY LAWYERS
The Alumnus of Distinction program presented by Findlay Personal Injury Lawyers returns following a successful debut season in 2022. Tiger-Cats alumni, including Archie Amerson, Tim Cheatwood, Kevin Glenn, Dave Hack and more, will return to the ambitious city to receive a raucous TigerTown welcome during a pre-game ceremony before every Tiger-Cats home game in 2023.
RETURNING FAN FAVOURITES
Five Dollar Beers:Back again for Tiger-Cats home games in 2023, 355ml cans of select beers will be available at all permanent concessions for one hour after gates open at Tim Hortons Field.
South Plaza Saturdays: The family's favourite event returns for a second season in 2023. The south plaza will be jam packed with family-friendly activities like player autograph sessions, face painting, Ticats giveaways, inflatables, lawn games, mascots and more! South Plaza Saturdays will kick off on May 27 for the Tiger-Cats preseason home game and run every Saturday home game through the 2023 season.
Families on the Field presented by Beneva: Bring the kids down to the field after each Tiger-Cats home game and let them run routes like Tim White, throw passes like Bo Levi Mitchell, pose for a photo with Stripes or get an autograph from their favourite Ticats.
