GAME NOTES: The Everblades and Wildcatters meet up for Game 5 of the best-of-seven South Division Final on Monday night in Beaumont, TX. The series is tied 2-2. Florida won games 1 & 3, while the Wildcatters have picked up wins in games 2 & 4.
Friday, May 4 vs. Texas Wildcatters 7:30 p.m.
GAME NOTES: The Everblades and Wildcatters return to Germain Arena for Game 6 of the best-of-seven South Division Final. The teams split the first two games at Germain Arena to begin the series.

Tuesday, April 24 vs. Texas Wildcatters 5-0 W
The Everblades opened the best-of-seven South Division Final with a 5-0 win over the Wildcatters to grab an early 1-0 series lead. The Everblades dominated from start to finish, getting a hat-trick from Vince Bellissimo and watching goaltender Craig Kowalski turn in his second straight playoff shutout by stopping all 25 shots he faced. Jon Lehun and Adam Taylor scored the other Florida goals. Florida special teams: PP: 1-for-6, PK: 10-for-10.
Wednesday, April 25 vs. Texas Wildcatters 5-0 L
The Texas Wildcatters responded in game two with a dominating 5-0 win of their own. Offensively Texas picked up two goals from Kevin Baker and single goals from Daniel Sparre, Ben Thomson and Mike Bayrack. Goaltender Matt Yeats earned his first playoff shutout by stopping all 33 shots he faced. Florida Special Teams: PP: 0-for-5; PK: 5-for-5.
Friday, April 27 at Texas Wildcatters 5-2 W
The Everblades regained the series lead a 2-1 by coming out strong in Game 3, scoring the contest's first five goals. The Everblades jumped to a 3-0 first period lead on goals by Dustin Johhner, David Brine and Vince Bellissimo. The Everblades tacked on two second period goals including a short-handed goal by Brad Zancanaro and a power play goal by Ryan Brindley. Texas closed out the scoring with two third period goals by Ben Thomson and Daniel Sparre. Florida special teams: PP: 2-for-7, PK: 7-for-7.
Saturday, April 28 at Texas Wildcatters 3-1 L
The Wildcatters once again evened the series after a 3-1 win. The Everblades scored the game's first goal by Reggie Berg. Texas however answered with a first period goal by Ben Thomson and a second period goal by Daniel Sparre. The game remained 2-1 until the Kevin Baker tallied with less than a minute remaining in the game. Florida special teams: PP: 0-for-6, PK: 5-for-6.
