Eskimos place three on 2005 CFL West Division All-Star team

(Edmonton) The Edmonton Eskimo Football Club is pleased to announce that three players have been named to the 2005 CFL West Division All-Star team. Jason Tucker, Malcolm Frank and Donny Brady all received the honour after being selected by 45 voting members of the Football Reporters of Canada (FRC) plus 10 broadcast media and CFL head coaches.

OFFENSE:

Jason Tucker (WR) - Tucker led all CFL receivers in 2005 with 1411 yards and added 11 touchdowns. He also set an Eskimo record for longest TD reception with a 105-yard strike versus Winnipeg in Week 2 This is Tucker's third West Division All-Star selection, the first coming in 2002.

DEFENSE:

Malcolm Frank (DB) - Solid as ever at the age of 37, Malcolm anchored a talented defensive backfield and racked up 53 defensive tackles, two special teams stops, three pass knockdowns and an interception. This is Frank's second West Division All-Star selection, the first coming in 2004.

Donny Brady (HB) - Physical and unyielding, Donny Brady is a thorn in the side of any receiver lined up in front of him. He recorded 41 defensive tackles, 10 special teams tackles and an interception. This is Brady's second West Division All-Star selection, the first coming in 2003.
