Tonight, the SeaWolves look for their first series win since the first week of the season as they take on the Binghamton Mets (New York Mets) in the rubber game of a three-game series at NYSEG Stadium. Last night, the 'Wolves exploded for seven runs against the Mets bullpen en route to a 9-3 win. The nine runs puts the SeaWolves as the top scoring team in the EL (122 runs). The SeaWolves are looking for their first series win since taking the opening week series win over the Mets...Righty Mark Sorensen takes the mound for the 'Wolves making his fifth start and second against the B-Mets. He took a no-decision in his first start against Binghamton on April 11, allowing three runs on four hits in five innings of work. Sorensen was roughed up in his last start at Atloona on the first day of the road trip. He tossed a season-low 4.1 innings, allowing season-highs in runs (seven, six earned) and walks with four...Righty Brandon Moore takes the mound for Binghamton making his fifth start and second against the 'Wolves. Moore took a no-decision against Erie on April 11, allowing three runs on four hits with a walk and three strikeouts in 4.2 innings of work. Moore has won back-to-back starts against Portland and Akron. In his most recent outing on April 30, he tossed a season-best seven shutout innings, allowing two hits with no walks while striking out a season-high nine hitters. Opponents are hitting .241 against Moore and he is 1-0 with a 3.18 ERA in two starts at NYSEG Stadium...The SeaWolves return home on Friday to begin a six-game homestand with Bowie and Akron. It will be Bowie's second trip into The Uht, while Akron makes its first appearance.
