Erie, Pennsylvania - Taking into account the Canadian Hockey League's announcement that is has paused operations, the Erie Otters will work diligently with customers who have purchased tickets for affected games.
As the situation develops, the Otters will provide email updates directly to season ticket members, ticket plan holders, group ticket purchasers, and partners with relevant information. The team will provide more information on ticket refunds and exchanges in the near future.
