MIDLAND, MI - The Midland Downtown Business Association will again be hosting its annual sidewalk sale 'Deals at the Diamond' on Saturday, February 5, 2011 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Dow Diamond. The event is free and open to the general public.
A collection of 20 local businesses will be present to sale seasonal, clearance and close-out items, within the warm confines of Dow Diamond's heated indoor concourse. Items on sale will include jewelry, furniture, clothing, artwork, candles, bikes, hardware, sporting goods, music equipment, home decorations, and much more. In addition, the Loon Loft will have a display on the concourse featuring many marked down items.
"The Loons apparel is always very popular at Deals at the Diamond and this year should be no different," Assistant GM of Retail and Guest Services, Ann Craig said. "Marked down Loons jerseys and $5 adult t-shirts will be the bulk of our clearance items this year, alongside other discounted Loons gear."
Shoppers in attendance can register for prize drawings, which will take place throughout the event. The concession stands will be open for food and beverage options.
