OMAHA, NE - The Omaha Royals return to Rosenblatt Stadium on Friday, July 24th, opening an eight-game home stand vs. Round Rock and Iowa. The home stand begins with a free festival celebrating baseball and wraps up on the 31st with one of the team's most unique promotions ever, called Four Weddings and a Funeral. These exciting promotions are on tap:

Friday, July 24, 7:05 p.m.: From 4:00-7:00 p.m., the Principal Financial Group Family Fun Fest will be held just outside the stadium gates. The FREE event features Best Buy's Video Game Arcade sponsored by Great Clips, a midway with batting and pitching cages, giant slides, bounce houses and much more! Royals players will be on hand signing autographs. It's also Fireworks Friday, presented by Werner Enterprises! Plus, it's U.S. Cellular Dreams Come True Night: a lucky fan who signed up at a U.S. Cellular location will be on the field for batting practice, take a tour of the historic stadium, throw out a ceremonial first pitch and start the fireworks! The night is also presented by Twister 93.3, KETV and the City Weekly.

Saturday, July 25, 7:05 p.m.: Mutual of Omaha's Wild About Omaha Weekend ends with a bang! Fans can pick up a FREE ticket voucher at participating Hy-Vee and Mutual of Omaha Bank locations. The ZOOperstars! will be performing between innings and following the game fans will be treated to a great fireworks show! The night is also presented by Q98.5, WOWT and the Reader.

Sunday, July 26, 1:35 p.m.: It's NASCAR Day: your chance to win free tickets to the Iowa Speedway for a NASCAR truck race on September 5th. The #16 Greg Biffle 3M Showcar will be on display. It's also Walnut Ridge Family Dental Autograph Sunday: fans get FREE autograph cards to get autographs from Omaha Royals players between 12:45-1:15 p.m. Plus, it's U.S. Bank Family FUNday, with clowns, face painting and balloon art, plus after the game all kids are invited to run the bases with Casey! Subway Kids Club members receive a FREE ticket to the game! Any fan bringing an Our Family Brand food item gets a FREE G.A. ticket, donations going to the Open Door Mission. Monday, July 27, 12:05 p.m.: Play hooky from work to enjoy a great afternoon of Major League-affiliated professional baseball and ½-price Omaha Steaks burgers! The day is presented by 1110 KFAB.

Tuesday, July 28, 7:05 p.m.: The series opener vs. the arch-rival Iowa Cubs is Valpak 2-Buck 2uesday: General Admission tickets are only 2 bucks! Plus, bring a Kraft Singles cheese wrapper for a buy-one-get-one-free deal good on any level of Royals tickets. Also, String of Purls presents Stitch and Pitch Night, with a special section of seats dedicated to knitting and informational booths where fans can learn more about that hobby. Wednesday, July 29, 7:05 p.m.: It's Subway Kids Eat Free Night: the 1st 100 kids 12-and-under receive a free personal Subway pizza and all kids after that get a free hot dog and Coke. Subway Kids Club members get a FREE ticket to the game! It's Child ID Night: get your child's ID made at Rosenblatt tonight and receive a FREE ticket to the Royals game Sunday, August 9th. The night is also presented by Star 104.5, KXVO-CW 15 and The West O, The Midtown O and the Sarpy Sun Newspapers.

Thursday, July 30, 7:05 p.m.: Start the weekend early with Thirsty Thursday! Enjoy $1 beers and Cokes, presented by 96.1 The Brew, Action 3 News and the City Weekly.

Friday, July 31, 7:05 p.m.: It's Werner Enterprises Friday Fireworks, plus one of the craziest promotions in O-Royals history as the Arbor Society presents Four Weddings and a Funeral Night! Between the end of the game and fireworks, Most Reverend Adam Kelly, the team's on field emcee who is legally able to marry couples, will perform four weddings. And one lucky fan will win an all-expenses paid funeral. Fans can register for that prize at the Arbor Society display table in the stadium's front plaza on Friday. The night is also presented by KAT 103, KETV and the City Weekly.
