HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C. - One day after breaking the league record for walks in a season, the Edenton Steamers broke two more Coastal Plain League team single-season records Sunday night during their 6-0 win over Wilson.
The Steamers finished the game with four RBIs to give them 312 on the season, which broke the old record of 310 set by the Thomasville HiToms in 2007. Furthermore, Edenton's six runs scored gave them 357 on the year, breaking Forest City's record of 354 in 2009.
