
ECHL Announces Fine, Suspensions

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL on Monday announced the following fine and suspensions.
Allen's Arseneau suspended
Allen's Vincent Arseneau has been suspended for one game as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #994, Brampton at Allen, on April 3.
Arseneau is suspended under Rule #46.22 as a result of receiving an instigating penalty in the final five minutes of the game.
Arseneau will miss Allen's game against Rapid City on April 9.
Greenville's Rodrigues fined, suspended
Greenville's Paul Rodrigues has been suspended for two games and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #712, Greenville at Gwinnett, on April 4.
Rodrigues was assessed a major penalty and game misconduct for elbowing under Rule #45.5 at 12:09 of the second period. He is fined and suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
Rodrigues will miss Greenville's games against Evansville on April 10 and Gwinnett on April 11.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
