HARLINGEN, Texas- A Thunder hit the grounds of the Historic Harlingen field Monday night. This happened with a close victory of the Texas Thunder 4 to 3 over RGV's Wings.Texas Thunder started the game winning 1-0 with a triple of the lead-off man Hudson.
Then he scored in a sac-fly to center field. Texas Thunder scored three more runs in the 2nd inning giving them an advantage of 4-0 in the scoreboard.
The hometeam whitewings had a little reation when they put some runs on the board with a double of Thomas Shull that made Carpen scored the first RGV's run of the night. Then the Whitewings tried to come back in the night with three more runs.
The starter for the whitewings was the lefty Antony Bello that carried the lost to put his record (0-1) Bello anyway pitched 7 complete innings earning all four runs that the Texas Thunder scored
However some Whitewings players had good offensive numbers;Aaron Gates hit 2-4 and Danny Pembroke went 1-2. The winning pitcher for the Texas Thunder was their starter Steven Romero
Now with this harmful loss the Whitewings drop under .500 with a (5-6) record
