Dusties Buffet to Host Extended RailCats Post-Game Show Sunday

GARY, Ind. - After Sunday's 2 p.m. finale of a four-game series against the Winnipeg Goldeyes, Gary SouthShore RailCats players and coaches will be at Dusties Buffet across the street from U. S. Steel Yard as part of an extended post-game show hosted by Tommy Williams airing live on 89.1 FM, The Lakeshore.

The show will begin approximately 15 minutes after the end of Sunday's ballgame, and Williams will be talking RailCats baseball live until 6:30 p.m. with fans, players and coaches alike. Williams, who is the co-host of Lakeshore Sports Tonight on 89.1 FM, has served as the RailCats Public Address Announcer since the team's inception.

As an added bonus, all fans who bring their game stubs across the street to Dusties will get $2 off the price of their delicious southern-style buffet dinner. Dusties is the local spot for RailCats fans looking to kick back and celebrate a potential post-season clinching afternoon Sunday. Entering Saturday's game, the 'Cats magic number to clinch a playoff spot was only two.

The RailCats continue a four-game series against the league-leading Winnipeg Goldeyes tonight at 6 p.m. The 'Cats are the two-time (2005 and 2007) Northern League Champions and have reached the Northern League Championship Series each of the last four years.
