
Dunn, Sauerbrunn Named to U.S. Women's National Team Roster for Shebelieves Cup

PORTLAND, Ore. - Portland Thorns FC midfielder Crystal Dunn and defender Becky Sauerbrunn have been named to the 23-player U.S. Women's National Team roster for the SheBelieves Cup from Feb. 16-22. The tournament will feature games against Brazil, Canada and Japan across three venues.
During January camp, Dunn (128 caps) made her first start for the USWNT since Sept. 16, 2021, helping the US register a 4-0 win over New Zealand on Jan. 17 in 45 minutes of action. She also started and played 45 minutes in the team's 5-0 win on Jan. 20. Sauerbrunn started and played all 90 minutes for the USWNT on Jan. 17, earning her 212th cap.
The tournament kicks off on Thursday, Feb. 16 at Exploria Stadium in Orlando, Fla., as the USA faces Canada (4 p.m. PT). On Sunday, Feb. 19, the competition moves to Nashville's GEODIS Park with the USA playing against Japan (12:30 p.m. PT). The final day of competition will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 22 at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas, with the USA facing Brazil in the tournament finale (4 p.m. PT).
