San Diego, CA - The San Diego Strike Force is excited to announce the appointment of Duke Little as the new Team President. A results-driven executive with decades of experience in sponsorships, marketing, sales, and leadership, Duke brings a proven track record of building strategic partnerships and generating revenue.
Duke's extensive career highlights include negotiations for Founding Partners and Sponsorships for Snapdragon Stadium in collaboration with Legends, JMI Sports, and San Diego State Athletics. He successfully led the renegotiation of Qualcomm Stadium's Naming Rights on behalf of the City of San Diego in 2017. Duke has also been an integral part of numerous NCAA host committees for various championships, showcasing his commitment to sports excellence.
In his most recent role as Principal at DLA Connect LLC, a sports and entertainment marketing agency, Duke served as a sales agent for the 7,600-seat Frontwave Arena in Oceanside, CA, opening September 2024.
Prior to his current role, Duke served as Vice President of Sponsorship sales for six years at JMI Sports & Fox Sports College Properties, where he demonstrated strong leadership in managing a multimillion-dollar revenue portfolio and an operating budget to match. His responsibilities included new business development, vendor and partnership relations, and overseeing the sales team and game day operations and support staff.
Duke's wealth of experience also extends to his role as General Manager for various sports properties, including Boston College Sports Properties and Wildcat Sports Properties at the University of New Hampshire. His ability to deliver revenue goals, develop growth strategies, and build strong community relationships aligns seamlessly with the San Diego Strikeforce's vision for success.
As Team President, Duke Little will lead and oversee the day-to-day management of the front office, focusing on maximizing revenue generation through ticket sales and sponsorships. He will optimize expenses and budgets, develop growth strategies, and set goals to drive program performance. Duke will also build relationships with local community partners to increase engagement, direct operational efficiencies, and establish best-in-class game day experiences.

Duke Little holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from San Diego State University.
The Strike Force will open the 2024 season on the road against the Duke Gladiators before hosting the San Antonio Gunslingers for their home opener at Pechanga Arena on Monday, April 1st.
