Ducks Group Tickets On Sale December 5

(Central Islip, N.Y., Nov. 15, 2007) - The Long Island Ducks today announced that group ticket packages will go on sale beginning Wednesday, December 5, at 10:00 a.m. Fans wishing to book an outing for the 2007 season can call (631) 940-3825. Group outings help build camaraderie among employees, classmates, teammates and family. They are also a great choice for groups seeking an exciting, fun-filled evening at the ballpark.
"The first day of group ticket sales is one of the most exciting on our offseason calendar," says Ducks general manager Michael Pfaff. "As the days get shorter and the weather gets colder, it's a reminder that Opening Day 2008 is not very far away. Our staff will be hard at work on the fifth manning the phone lines as we kick off the busy group sales season."
The ballpark has a wide array of group packages available including regular group tickets, Party Deck rentals, pre-game picnics, and luxury suite rentals. Regular group ticket prices range from $8.50-$11.00 a ticket. Fans planning on purchasing group ticket packages are encouraged to call early on the fifth to ensure availability. In each of the past three seasons, loyal Ducks fans snapped up over 70 percent of all group sales tickets within the first 48 hours of availability. The always popular birthday party packages will not go on sale until January.
