Following a short road trip in Arkansas, the Drillers return to Tulsa on Thursday, July 23 as they begin a 7-game set against the Arkansas Travelers and Springfield Cardinals that will conclude on Wednesday, July 29. All seven games will have starting times of 7:05PM.

Fans can look forward to some fantastic promotions as there will be a Drillers Camo T-shirt Giveaway on July 23, News On 6 Friday Night Fireworks on July 24, a Julio Urias Cap Giveaway on July 25, plus two Bark in the Park Nights on July 26 & 29.

URIAS COMING BACK: After missing almost two months following cosmetic surgery to remove a benign mass in his left eye, top pitching prospect Julio Urias is nearing a return to Tulsa. The number two overall Dodgers prospect according to MLB.com has made several rehab appearances with LA's lower level affiliates and is expected to be back with the Drillers shortly.

LAVIN STAYING HOT: Through the first three weeks of July, Peter Lavin has been one of the hottest Driller hitters. The outfielder has hit an even .300 with four doubles, four triples, four home runs and a team-leading ten runs batted in. His month has been highlighted by a Drillers 2015 season-high 11-game hitting streak as well as being honored as the Texas League Hitter of the Week for the period of July 6-12.

SPEAKING OF AWARDS: Like their teammate Lavin, Tulsa starting pitchers Jharel Cotton and Chris Anderson have also turned in solid work during the month of July. The two right-handers were chosen as just the second and third Driller pitchers in 2015 thus far to be named as the Texas League Pitcher of the Week. Cotton earned the recognition after tossing six shutout innings against Corpus Christi July 3 while collecting seven strikeouts to earn the win. Anderson was likewise honored for his outing on July 17 after throwing a complete-game gem to gain his ninth win of the year, allowing just one run while racking up eight strikeouts against Arkansas.

ROTATION DOING WORK: From July 15 to July 21, Tulsa's starting pitchers put together an impressive run. Each member of the rotation turned in at least one start where he allowed two runs or fewer during the seven game stretch.
