
Drillers Almost End Snowbears Streak

The Utah Snowbears almost saw their season long unbeaten streak come to an end against the Calgary Drillers in Salt Lake City on Tuesday night.
The Bears trailed the Drillers by two in the final minute but went on a 8-0 streak to win their 13th straight ABA game 101-95.
Calgary (1-5) now heads back to Canada for a three game home stand beginning on Wednesday, January 5th at the Corral.
The Drillers, who trailed by two, 48-46, at the half, gave the Bears their toughest competition of the season. James Penny led Calgary with 17 points and 13 rebounds. Jerrick Oliver added 16 points and 7 boards.
Calgary finally plays a home series when they host Washington January 5th and 6th.
