Kentucky Retros News Release
Louisville, KY. The Kentucky Colonels today announced the first ABA trade in the professional basketball league with the movement of 6'0" point guard Marcus Smith to the St. Louis Flight for a player to be named later.
According to Colonels GM "Tree" Rollins, "Marcus is a good player and can help the Flight. He should get some good playing time." The trade was made so that Smith could be in uniform for the two game series between the teams in St. Louis.
