Today's Game: The Dayton Dragons (affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds) meet the Lake County Captains (affiliate of the Cleveland Indians) in the third game of a four-game series.

Series to Date/Streaks: The Dragons have won the first two games of this series and their last three games overall.

Last night: Tuesday: Dayton 4, Lake County 1. Miles Gordon blasted a two-run home run in the bottom of the eighth inning to break a 1-1 tie. Ryan Nutof earned the win in relief by retiring all five batters he faced, and Connor Ryan pitched a scoreless ninth for his first save. Dragons starter Packy Naughton allowed one run over 6.1 innings and struck out seven without issuing a walk. All seven strikeouts came after the third inning. The two teams combined for 26 strikeouts and no walks.
