Today's Game: The Dayton Dragons (affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds) meet the Lake County Captains (affiliate of the Cleveland Indians) in the fourth game of the Midwest League season for both teams. Lake County has won two-of-three in the series so far.

Last Game: Saturday: Dayton 7, Lake County 3. The Dragons tied a club record with eight stolen bases as they picked up their first win of the season. Tyler Stephenson blasted a long home run and Avain Rachal was on base four times to lead a 12-hit Dayton attack. Dragons starting pitcher Wennington Romero earned the win in his Midwest League debut with six strong innings, allowing two runs on four hits with no walks and nine strikeouts. The Captains hit only one ball out of the infield before the fifth inning. Jose Siri stole three bases and Brantley Bell added two for the Dragons. Siri, Stephenson, Luis Gonzalez, and Michael Beltre all had two hits. Rachal had a hit, three walks, and two RBI. Joel Kuhnel tossed two scoreless innings for the save.

* - Dayton's Brantley Bell leads the Midwest League in stolen bases with four. Jose Siri is tied for second with three. * - Dragons players with hits in both games they have played in this season: T.J. Friedl, John Sansone, Luis Gonzalez, Hector Vargas.

Team Notes - The Dragons need a win today to split the four-game series with Lake County. The Captains won the first two games (in Dayton). - The Dragons tied the club record for stolen bases in a game with eight on Saturday. The Dragons also stole eight on June 27, 2009. - With 10 stolen bases as a team, the Dragons lead the Midwest League. No other team has more than five.
