Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs News Release
BOSSIER CITY, LA - The Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs of the Central Hockey League are encouraging all fans and local community members to help us raise money for the fight against men's cancers by supporting our "Movember" campaign, which continues through the end of this month. Make an online donation at www.movember.com to vote for your favorite Mudbugs moustache and see who will be named "Mudbug of Movember!" The fan who donates the most money to the Mudbugs Movember team will win a night's stay at "The Guest House" private cottage in historic Jefferson, Texas.
Throughout the month formerly known as November, Mudbugs players and staff members have been growing moustaches to increase awareness about men's cancers. The team is now asking you to get involved by donating to our Movember team and helping us raise funds to benefit the Prostate Cancer Foundation and LIVESTRONG, the Lance Armstrong Foundation.
