Wachusetts scored two runs in the 6th inning to tie the game at four runs apiece and then pushed across the go-ahead run in the eighth inning to make a winner of Micheal Yerina who pitched five innings of two-hit relief to pick up the win as the Dirt Dawgs edged the Titans by a score of 5-4. Todd Ezold, Alec Paradowski, Richard Fecteau, and Nate Pajka had two hits apiece to pace the Dawgs offense who improve to 6-13 on the season. Jim Topps and Casey Jones had three hits apiece for Torrington who drops to 9-12 for the year.
