
Devils to Host "Methuen Night" on March 1

LOWELL, Mass. - The Lowell Devils announced they will host a special "Methuen Night" on Saturday, March 1 when they face off against the Norfolk Admirals at 7:05 p.m.
A portion of every ticket sold through supporters of the Methuen community will go to benefit the Cancer Management Center at the Caritas Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, Mass. The funds raised will go toward the Cancer Management Center's efforts to purchase a Trilogy LINAC - a linear accelerator, which administers advanced treatment for cancer. As part of the special evening, Brianna Heffernan, a junior at Methuen High School, will sing the National Anthem prior to the game.
In advance of "Methuen Night" Lowell Devils players will be visiting the patients at Caritas Holy Family Hospital on Wednesday, February 27.
The Devils are back on the road for two games, beginning on Tuesday, February 26 when they play the Manchester Monarchs at 7:05 p.m. Lowell then visits the Portland Pirates on Friday, February 29 at 7:05 p.m. before returning home to complete the weekend. On Saturday, March 1, the Lowell Devils will face the Norfolk Admirals at the Tsongas Arena at 7:05 p.m. Then it's a special Sunday on March 2 when the Devils host the CVS Celebrity All-Star Game at 1:30 p.m. See former NHLers like Andy Brickley, Bob Beers, Ken Hodge and Don Sweeney.
