Detroit City FC News Release
DETROIT, Michigan - The Detroit City Football Club, along with its partner Strategic Staffing Solutions, is excited to announce the reboot of the Let's Make Roots campaign for the 2022 season.
Let's Make Roots is a supporter-created initiative to distribute tickets to community members who may not otherwise be able to attend a professional sporting event.
"Core to the values of our organization after all the years, is being the most accessible and affordable sporting experience in Detroit," said the Club's CEO and Co-Founder Sean Mann. "As our Club grows and takes on higher levels of competition, it is more important than ever to stay rooted in the community."
While purchasing tickets at tickets.detcityfc.com, fans can buy an additional single-game ticket or a season-long pass to contribute to the program. Additionally, existing season ticket holders can donate their ticket to any fixture that they are unable to attend.
Long-time partner of DCFC, Strategic Staffing Solutions, is sponsoring the revival of the program, matching a second ticket to every ticket contributed by fans.
Community groups interested in participating in the Let's Make Roots campaign should email tickets@detcityfc.com.
Single-match tickets are now on sale at tickets.detcityfc.com. Season passes still remain and start at just $150. Season tickets cover both the men's and women's regular-season matches.
Detroit City FC opens its 2022 home slate on March 19 with the men's side making its debut in the USL Championship against the Charleston Battery. Kickoff is set for 4 pm at Keyworth Stadium in Hamtramck.
