Denver Outlaws News Release
DENVER - The Denver Outlaws (0-1) and Dallas Rattlers (1-1) will face off at 1 p.m. MDT on Sunday in the first regular-season game at The Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. The Outlaws will play the recently relocated Rattlers in the team's first home contest.
Denver fell 19-15 in the season-opener last Saturday in New York, despite five goals apiece from attackman Matt Kavanagh and midfielder Jeremy Sieverts. The Outlaws will receive a boost on the defensive end as University of Denver alum Christian Burgdorf is expected to make his MLL debut in Sunday's game.
The all-time series between the Rattlers and Outlaws is tied at 9-9. The Rattlers defeated Denver in both regular season matchups in 2017, but the Outlaws won the MLL semifinal matchup 15-8.
Sunday's game can be streamed on the Lax Sports Network. For game updates and exclusive content, fans and media are encouraged to follow @DenverOutlaws on Twitter.
