
Denver Outlaws Look to End Two-Game Slide on Saturday vs. Chesapeake BayHawks

DENVER - The Denver Outlaws (6-3) will look to end their two-game losing streak when they take on the Chesapeake Bayhawks (6-3) on Saturday in Annapolis, Md. (6 p.m. MDT faceoff). Denver and Chesapeake currently sit at second and third in the league standings, respectively.
Saturday marks the second matchup of the season between the two teams, with Denver holding the 1-0 series lead. The Outlaws defeated the Bayhawks 14-13 at home on July 4, despite trailing by four goals in the fourth quarter.
The game will also feature two of lacrosse's all-time greatest scorers going head-to-head in Outlaws attackman John Grant Jr. and Bayhawks attackman Lyle Thompson. Grant Jr. ranks first in MLL history with 618 points (reg. and postseason), while Thompson (Albany) is the NCAA's all-time leading scorer with 400 career points. Thompson also leads all of MLL this season with 47 points (32 goals, 15 assists) in nine games played.
Saturday's game will be broadcast live on Altitude2 and available to stream live through AltitudeNOW.com and the AltitudeNOW mobile app. The game will be also be broadcast live nationally on Lax Sports Network.
