
Defenseman Kesselring Commits to Northeastern

DES MOINES, IA - Edmonton Oilers draft pick and Bucs defenseman Mike Kesselring has committed to Northeastern University of the Hockey East Conference.
"It's a dream come true," Kesselring said. "It's always been a dream of mine to compete in the Beanpot Tournament. I believe in their coaching staff and I feel they can develop me into an NHL defenseman."
The New Hampton, New Hampshire native played 12 games for the Buccaneers at the end of last season and will return this year for his first full season with Des Moines.
In the 2017-18 season, Northeastern finished second place in the Hockey East and won their fifth Beanpot Tournament Championship.
