Roanoke, Va., March 21 - The Roanoke Dazzle announce that full season ticket plans for the 2006-07 NBA Development League season are now available for renewal and purchase by contacting the Roanoke Dazzle office at (540) 266-1000.
"It is very important that we get right out of the gate renewing and selling tickets for next season." said Dazzle Team President Dennis Robarge. "The NBA will be making decisions over the next couple of weeks that will greatly impact the Dazzle and their future in the Roanoke Valley. The best way to influence those decisions is to renew your current tickets, add additional tickets, refer and encourage people that will become new season ticket holders."
The Dazzle are offering three different seating options at the Roanoke Civic Center. These options include the Courtside seats, for $690 per seat, the Box seats, for $390 per seat, and the Upper Concourse seats, for $225 per seat.
Also for the first time ever the Dazzle will be selling a specially priced kids season ticket. These kids' seats are just $184 per seat and are the same price regardless of seating selection.
Full Season ticket plans include numerous benefits just for full season plan holders. These include VIP Parking, "Meet the Team" party, Dazzle Insiders Lounge access, a chance to win a trip to the NBA All-Star Weekend in Las Vegas, VIP stat packs, guaranteed receipt of give away items, end of season party, five bonus tickets, a trip to a game, ability to redeem unused tickets at anytime, a 15% discount on merchandise, enrollment in the Dedicated Dazzler Program and eligible to be the honorary coach for a game.
Also the Dazzle are offering an "Early Bird" incentive to renew or purchase full season tickets. Those who sign-up for full season tickets before April 7th will receive a Reebok Roanoke Dazzle fleece jacket absolutely free. Limit of one jacket per account. All that is required to receive the "Early Bird" prize is a $50 deposit per seat.

The NBA Development League includes the Albuquerque Thunderbirds (N.M.), Arkansas RimRockers (Little Rock), Austin Toros (Texas), Fayetteville Patriots (N.C.), Florida Flame (Ft. Myers), Fort Worth Flyers (Texas), Roanoke Dazzle (Va.) and Tulsa 66ers (Okla.). The Bakersfield Jam (Calif.) will compete in the league beginning with the 2006-07 season.
The D-League offers players the opportunity to develop their talent in a highly competitive atmosphere under the NBA's umbrella. Forty-three (43) players have been called up to the NBA on 63 separate occasions. Eleven (11) former D-League coaches, six athletic trainers, 14 referees and 30 front office executives have also been called up since the start of the league's inaugural season in November 2001.
Designed to help grow the sport of basketball both domestically and internationally, the league also offers fun, family entertainment at affordable prices. The D-League is a source of on-court talent for the NBA's 30 teams and is a diverse human resources pool for the NBA and its teams by training employees in management, operations, public relations, sales and marketing positions.
