ROANOKE, Va, November 13, 2003 -- The Roanoke Dazzle of the National Basketball Development League have released four players who were vying for a spot on the opening night roster. Roanoke is currently carrying 12 players and must get down to 10 by November 20.
According to an announcement by Head Coach Kent Davison, he has released the following four players â Gilson DeJesus, Jonathan Jones, Demario Jones and Mike Mackell.
Point guard and Virginia graduate Cory Alexander has left the team to accept a lucrative position oversees.
