Centre David Brine is the Halifax Mooseheads' Player of the Month for November.
Brine played in all nine of the Mooseheads' games during the month, picking up four goals and six assists for 10 points, helping the Mooseheads to a 4-3-1-1-record.
Brine's offensive outpoint included a four point game (2+2) in a 10-2 victory over the Baie-Comeau Drakkar to start the month off Dec. 3rd, which included the game winning goal, resulting in the 19-year-old Truro, NS native being named the game's second star.
Brine, who was acquired by the Mooseheads Aug 14, 2003 in a trade with the Quebec Remparts, has played in all 40 of the Mooseheads games this season, contributing 9 goals and 21 assists while playing at plus 4.
Mooseheads' Head Coach Al MacAdam presented the award to Brine at the team's Player of the Month Luncheon, held at the Brightwood Golf and Country Club today (Jan. 10, 2005).
