Date Set For 2009 Winnipeg Football Club Fan Forum

WINNIPEG, MB - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are pleased to announce that the team's annual information session, also known as the Fan Forum, is scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, in the Winnipeg Sun Centre at Canad Inns Stadium.

Doors open for the event at 6:30 p.m., with the formal proceedings starting at 7:00 p.m. sharp.

The football club will release its financial details for 2008 at the forum and preview the upcoming 2009 CFL season.

Blue Bomber players, coaches, alumni, dance team members, mascots, and staff members will be in attendance. Fans will have an opportunity to ask Bomber management questions during the forum.

"Given all of the exciting activity on and off the field, this is the perfect opportunity for our fans to have their questions answered in person, and speak to the coaches, management, board of directors, and staff," said Lyle Bauer, President and CEO of the Winnipeg Football Club.

"I think this would be a 'must-attend' event for those who would like front of the line information on the 2009 season."

Seating for the information session & Fan Forum is limited. Bombers fans are encouraged to arrive early.
