Danville Dashers News Release
Danville, IL -Â The Dashers seemed to be one step behind the Titans of Danbury all night, looking slow, and out of sink. Danbury won the contest by a score of 4-2, and seemed to control the pace of the game the entire way.
The Titans four goals came off the sticks of John Scorcia, Tyler Gjurich, Phil Bronner, and Matt Caranci, with the game winner being Bronner's. Danville had two goals, coming from Justin Brausen and Gehertt Sargis.
The Titans had 17 penalty minutes on seven infractions, while the Dashers had 15 minutes on six infractions.
Nick Neidert was the best player on the ice for either team, robbing the Dashers of a few goals, in his 21 saves.
These same two teams are in action tonight, Sunday, November 28th, at 5:05 p.m. at the David S. Palmer Arena in Danville.
