
Dashers Sign Forward Fred Hein

Danville, IL - The Dashers are proud to announce the signing of forward Fred Hein. Fred comes to the Dashers after starting the season with the Evansville Thunderbolts. In his three games with the team he has recorded one goal, is a -3 and 0 penalty minutes.
Before coming to Evansville Hein played parts of 4 season in Sweden with 4 different teams bouncing between the top two divisions. In 84 games oversees he tallied 44 goals, 33 assists and 77 points. Before making the trip oversees Hein played four years of college hockey in the NCAA III for both Becker College and University of New England. In 61 games he scored 11 goals, added 7 assits for 18 points in his college career.
Hein will be joining the team this weekend in Carolina as the Dashers look to go for five in a row. Friday night puck drop is at 6:35 ct. and 5:05 ct. on Saturday. You can watch games live on tfmsports.com.
