WINSTON-SALEM, NC (JANUARY 26, 2011) - The 2011 Winston-Salem Dash Customer Service Staff Job Fair will be held on Saturday, February 12. The event will take place from 9 AM - 2 PM in the Womble Carlyle Club at BB&T Ballpark.

The Dash will be hiring for a number of part-time positions for the 2011 season, including:
* Bat Boys
* Cleaning crew
* Club level attendants
* Concessions workers
* Concourse ushers
* Parking lot attendants
* PlayBall! attendants
* Stadium security
* Ticket takers
Those wishing to attend the job fair may fill out the employment application on www.wsdash.com and bring it to the fair. Applicants should park in the outfield Founders Club lot and enter through the main ballpark entrance near the scoreboard. All potential employees must be at least 16 years of age and be able to provide working papers. Compensation will vary based on the position. Applicants should look professional and plan to attend early.
The following qualifications/abilities are required for employment with the Dash:
* Must be available to work evenings and weekends between March and September and be available two hours before game time
* Maintain a positive and courteous attitude
* Maintain a professional appearance while in uniform
* Work cooperatively in a team effort
* Communicate effectively
* Be punctual and maintain an acceptable attendance record
Baseball season in Winston-Salem starts on March 30 when the Chicago White Sox visit to Twin City for an exhibition game against the Dash at BB&T Ballpark. At this time, only Dash season ticket holders may purchase tickets to the White Sox game. The regular season begins on April 8 at Kinston with the 2011 home opener on April 15.
