June 29, 2007- The Spokane Shock Dance Team will perform at this weekend's annual Hoopfest. The team will perform a routine at Center Court on Sunday at 5:45 PM.
This is the second year that the Dance Team has been invited to perform at Hoopfest.
"The Dance Team is really excited to perform again this year at Hoopfest," Shock Dance Team Director Sabrina Chaudhry said. "We were truly honored to return to the event that has become such a staple of the summertime in Spokane."
The Shock are on the road this week as they take on the Central Valley Coyotes. With only half a game separating the two teams, this weekend's game is crucial in the race for the Western Division crown. Larry Weir and Paul Sorenson will call all the action live on 105.7 THE BUZZARD starting at 6:30 PM on Saturday night.
