Dallas Sidekicks News Release

(ALLEN, TEXAS) The Dallas Sidekicks had the opportunity to visit the Dallas campus of the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital. Players, dancers, and front office staff members spent time interacting with the children and teaching them soccer and dance skills along with arts and crafts.

The Sidekicks have a core value of community and being able to give back to the community of North Texas is a priority for the team.

"Visiting with the children at Scottish Rite was the highlight of my week. It amazed me how positive, energetic, and excited they were even when facing some serious challenges. I know that I made friends in each and every child I got to spend time with and I hope they had as much fun as I did," Dallas Sidekicks Dancer Belinda said.

When asked about her time at the visit, Dallas Sidekicks Dancer Stephanie said, "Getting to spend time with the children at Scottish Rite was a wonderful experience! We played all sorts of games and shared many laughs! Everyone from the front reception staff to medical staff go above and beyond to put smiles on the children's faces."

If you have an event you would like the Dallas Sidekicks to attend, please reach out to alex@dallassidekicks.org with your request.
