
Dallas Sidekicks Bring Back Record Breaker Cameron Brown

Allen, Texas - The Dallas Sidekicks have announced that former player Cameron Brown has officially signed for the 2021-2022 MASL season.
Brown broke Tatu's record and became the first Dallas Sidekick to score in 21 consecutive Major Arena Soccer League matches. Brown currently holds the all-time record for the most consecutive games scoring a goal which stands at 26 straight games.
In the previous year's Brown has earned honorable mention for the league's all-rookie team in the 2014-2015 season. The season of 2015-2016 forward Cameron Brown was named to the MASL's Team of the Week for his offensive efforts in a pair of road games against the Tacoma Stars. He was then chosen as Player of the Week in a poll of MASL fans.
How do you feel joining the Sidekicks organization again?
"Joining the Sidekicks is an honor, and it feels like I'm home again."
What do you expect joining the team with Ricardinho as the interim head coach?
"I expect a lot of positivity and fun to come from training sessions and games. Ricky is a players' coach who allows each player to express themselves and play to their strengths and enjoy their time playing."
What impact do you plan to make on the team?
"Honestly, I'm just excited to be a part of this franchise again. I will simply try to help out in whatever way possible and in anything the team needs from me."
Has Ricardinho given you any expectations or goals yet?
"He has simply stated to me that he is happy to have me back in the team again and to just be myself and have fun."

Brown is the first addition to the roster under interim head coach Ricardinho. He will begin training immediately and pushing to join the roster for the next game on December 30th game.
Their next game is Thursday, Dec.30th at home versus the St. Louis Ambush.
