FRIDAY NIGHT HIGHLIGHTS...top performers from Friday's games
vRamon Sessions, currently on assignment from the Milwaukee Bucks, scored 27 points and grabbed nine rebounds in Tulsa's win at Fort Wayne.
vOn assignment from the Chicago Bulls, JamesOn Curry dropped in 24 points in Iowa's win at Dakota.
vRio Grande Valley's Gabe Muoneke scored 31 points in route to his team's win against Austin.
vLance Allred hit 10-15 FGA and scored 30 points in the Idaho's two-point loss to Albuquerque.
vKaniel Dickens scored 27 points in Colorado's win over Anaheim in Broomfield, CO.
ASSIGN OF SUCCESS: Five players on assignment from the NBA contributed on D-League opening night. As a group, NBA assigned players averaged 15.8 points and 6.2 rebounds in 25.9 minutes of play.
MARCHING TO A NEW RECORD: The Mad Ants set a new opening night attendance record as 7,317 fans attended professional basketball's return to Fort Wayne.
PRUITT ASSIGNED: The Boston Celtics assigned Gabe Pruitt on November 23, making him the tenth assignment this season, and the first third NBA assigned player on the Utah Flash roster. Pruitt appeared in six preseason games for the Celtics averaging 2.6 points while shooting .444 percent from the field. During the 2007 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas Pruitt averaged 5.4 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 22.4 minutes per game.
