
D-Braves Re-Schedule Baseball Camp For August 12

DANVILLE, VA- The Danville Braves Baseball Camp for 6-9 year-olds has been rescheduled for Tuesday, August 12 from 8:45 a.m. to noon.
The camp was originally scheduled for July 10, but inclement weather resulted in its postponement until August 12. Danville Braves Manager Paul Runge will be coaching the attendees, along with hitting coach Carlos Mendez, pitching coach Derrick Lewis, and several Danville Braves players.
The camp will focus on fundamentals and positive habits in a pressure-free environment.
Lunch will be provided and each camper will receive two tickets to the Danville Braves-Kingsport Mets game on Tuesday night. The campers will also be recognized on the field before the game. Campers must be picked up by 12:15 p.m. and must completely fill out a registration form and waiver. Forms can be downloaded at http://dbraves.com/team/community and can be returned to the Braves office at Dan Daniel Memorial Park.
