Brooklyn Cyclones News Release
MEDIEVAL TIMES NIGHT AT KEYSPAN PARK!
Brooklyn Cyclones to Feature Live Joust in Mid-Field on August 23rd
WHO: The Brooklyn Cyclones
Brave Knights, Fair Maidens
Noble Canine Companions
WHAT: Hear ye! Hear ye! The Brooklyn Cyclones are inviting fans (and their dogs) to be a part of "Medieval Times Night" at KeySpan Park in Coney Island on Thursday, August 23rd. There, they will witness TWO on-field battles as the knights of Medieval Times clash while the Cyclones do battle with the Oneonta Tigers at 7 PM.
Trumpeteers, a king, princess and knights will all be on hand to greet fans at the ballpark's entrance. Red and blue knights will then square off between innings in tests of strength and will. Immediately following the game, fans are invited to stay in their seats to watch a post-game joust, on horseback, in center field!
You might say, it should be a real dog and pony show! That's because it will also be a "Bark in the Park" as the Cyclones invite fans to bring their canine pals to the game (for which a special ticket must be purchased).
WHEN: Thursday, August 23rd at 7 PM
WHERE: KeySpan Park, Coney Island
1904 Surf Avenue at W. 17th Street
