The FC Cincinnati Academy is proud to welcome , located south of Cleveland, Ohio, as the newest club of the FC Cincinnati Affiliate Program. CVSA becomes the 11th club to partner with the FC Cincinnati Academy, providing great opportunities for growth among both parties. Since its inception, CVSA has provided players with positive, high-quality training as well as competition at a high level. "This is an excellent opportunity for our CVSA staff and players," said CVSA Club Director, Larry Zajac. "FCC is a first-class organization with outstanding culture and leadership. The FCC partnership will provide our staff with the resources that will strengthen our program and community. We are thankful for this opportunity."
The FC Cincinnati Affiliate Program was established in 2021 with a handful of local clubs and has since grown to include teams at a regional and national level. "CVSA is an excellent organization and a club we have worked closely with over the past couple of months," said Adrian Parrish, FC Cincinnati's Affiliate Partner Coordinator. "Having them officially join the FCC family is going to provide more opportunities for them to grow and potentially experience the MLS professional player pathway."
Coaches and players from Cuyahoga Valley will have the opportunity to attend training sessions with the FCC Academy staff as well as hosting academy clinics in the Cleveland area. Zajac and the FCC Academy look forward to giving the CVSA players a new platform to be seen and a better pathway for advancement in the future.
